The Chart Viewer of eMedRec displays a Patient Chart in a similar format to that of a paper chart. Clicking on a Tab on the left edge of the chart will display the contents of that Tab. All chart contents from any source, including the physician's workflow items, are displayed in the same eMedRec viewer. Electronically imported items, data entered in lists, scanned documents or faxes received are all contained in the practice configured Tabs of the chart viewer. Contents are sorted with the most recent document on top. They may be resorted by document type, location or any other column including the default Date of Service.
